Strange Movie

I was watching some movie where two friends, a man and a woman, were having an argument about finding their way to safety. I'm not sure if they were actually friends or not.

The argument was about which way they should go. The conversation ended with the two of them splitting up, with the man freaking out and running into a random direction. The woman chased after him.

It seemed like illusions were part of the movie, the man running through objects and no longer caring what was real and what wasn't. He became severely injured after running through some spikes that tore into his chest. The rest of the movie was about the woman and a bunch of people finding him dying afterwards. Also, the cast of the first Jurassic Park movie was there for some reason.

I remember having a lot of dreams like this where I'm not actually involved in any way, like I'm watching a recording of something instead of interacting with it.
